Certificate errors

These two website are giving security error in both Chrome and IE is this going to be my proxy certificate is not SHA-2 or is it that I need to update the browser or can I turn off the message in the browser?

No error on Chrome 55.0.2883.87, without a proxy.

No error on IE 11.0.9600.18538, without a proxy.

No errors with Squid 3.5.23 + HTTPS decryption + diladele ICAP web filter + Active Directory integration (explicit proxy).

Your HTTPS filter might be generating Root CA with SHA-1 which has been discontinued by Chrome (see https://security.googleblog.com/2016/11/sha-1-certificates-in-chrome.html)
