Create a bingo card display in Excel

What I want is a grid of 90 numbered squares that can be projected onto a screen and change colour when the square is clicked. I'm currently stripping out and decorating my office at home, so don't have time to work it out for myself.

Is there a particular reason why this has to be done with Excel?
