Capita UNIT-e users? (Need help with the web setup)

Bit of a long shot but are there any fellow FE admins on here that maintain the Capita UNIT-e MIS system?

 

I'm back at my old place helping out and they've recently been told the current setup is a bit insecure so could do with fixing, all to do with external web and application servers and DMZ but the documentation isn't fantastic and it would be useful if I could get in touch (or at least give the guys a lead!) with someone that has all the web stuff set up more securely
