Anyone seen this fault on SIMS over a VPN? Fault code 1512-4983-4400

Has this error suddenly appeared over a VPN that was previously working without issues, or is this a new setup?

The reason I ask is I wonder if it just can't resolve the sims server address - try the FQDN in the connect.ini and SIMS.ini config files. You could also try swapping the server address in those config files for the IP address instead. That resolved a few issues for me when connecting over VPN.

Has worked over a VPN previously but not very reliably so make those changes might be worth it.
