Office 365 - licenses

I'm losing the plot a little on my O365 licenses.

 

I've been trying to get Office 365 Education Plus for Faculty added to my agreement but my reseller has added Office 365 Education E3 for Faculty.

 

Why have a i got Office 365 Education Plus for Students with unlimited licenses but no Office 365 Education Plus for Faculty with unlimited licenses. I've seen other schools that have an EES agreement, have the option to give Faculty licenses our left right and centre as they have unlimited licenses.

Education Plus is just the self signed up one. Through the portal, not licenses assigned out. Doesn't give anything else new We don't even use it.

 

We have the:

 

Office 365 Education for faculty

Office 365 Education for students

Office 365 ProPlus for Faculty

Office 365 ProPlus for Students

 

That give us all our licenses, email, sharepoint, office etc
