Another thing I have noticed is the often vast difference between salaries offered. IT Technician? Anywhere between £14,000 and £26,000 per annum. Network Manager? £23,000 to £45,000...

 

Sometimes the expectations, size of School and job descriptions are significantly different, but at other times it seems Schools just pluck a figure out of the air. Bizarre.
