SLG - Permission job got stuck

Hi

we are having an issue when publish report on SLG. it takes days for the permission job to complete. In the last round of report we publish 513 pdf and it took a whole week for the permission job to complete and made report available to parent in SLG.

 

Any advices are much appreciated
