Google Chrome Seeming uninstalled for some users

Morning all,

 

Trying to get my head around an issue, where I have Google Chrome Enterprise installed via a GPO, it deploys fine. But for some users the program will not run and appears uninstalled. But if other users of the same group (be it student or staff) logon its fine. When I logon as a Admin the program is installed and runs fine also.

 

Any ideas?

Bit of a 101 question, but have you checked if the shortcuts are the same across accounts?

Yeah I have, they're all the same.

Are those users logging in with the same account on multiple PCs?

Are you redirecting App-Data with quota limits set? (I'm wondering if Chrome is failing to create the user-data directory for some users?).

 

If not, any pattern to who can and can't use it? (i.e. staff can but pupils can't).
