T_Lister Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 We have someone who keeps printing a mixture of file types, PDFs, docx's and SIBs. Randomly one page will either be reduced in size or blown up. Yet another user can print the same file with no issues. Has anyone come across this, and if so, how did you get around it? Thanks in advance.
Joanne Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Sounds like a driver problem to me. What O/S are the 2 machines running? Is one 32 bit and one 64 bit?
T_Lister Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 Running the same driver, we've got about twenty of these printers. M3150 printer, 64bit. We've tried removing and readding the driver more than once. Nobody else in his department seems to have an issue.
Joanne Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 might be a profile issue. Can you delete the users local profile? (I know this can be a touchy subject because some people like their settings!)

T_Lister Posted November 28, 2016 Author Posted November 28, 2016 I'm leaning back towards the driver to be honest. I'm able to replicate it elsewhere even though the page sizes are correct. Strange how it only seems to be the one persons files that this is happening to...
