Joanne Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Hi everyone, I need to get logs from an e-mail address, but HOW? Basically, I'm not a full on admin... it is controlled mostly by county. Need to find out if there is a way of getting a nice report of a certain users activity?

However, for future reference, yes, I would have wanted conversations. I'm a small fry admin... currently trying to get enterprise admin permissions if BT Lancs will allow it.

You might be able to export a copy of the email to a PST file to then be able to view? How to export Office 365 mailboxes to PST using eDiscovery - Exchange & Office 365 Admin's Blog
round2it Posted November 26, 2016 Posted November 26, 2016 Ask for the journaling to be turned on, i have all student mail journaled so that the e safety officers can check all conversations. Takes the task off me and gets the e safety officer doing some work.
