exchange 365 hybrid - mail recipient limit

Hi All,

 

I've got a recently set up exchange hybrid environment and i need to start migrating student accounts.

 

When sending out a email to groups it will only send to 100 users... I've read the the recipient limit for exchange 365 is 500, but i'm not certain if this limit applies to groups?

I can't see anything anywhere that would also limit to 100 recipients.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
