[sims] incomplete marksheet report only showing mark sheet name

I have created a report in AM to retrieve the incomplete mark sheets, this works fine for me (I have assessment coordinator role permission), but it only shows mark sheet name column when a year head run this report, this doesn't display the name of the teacher who the mark sheet belongs. I think this is something to do with the permissions but year heads are set up in Sims Pastoral structure and they can see all the mark sheets of the year group, so I am wondering why can't they see the teacher name column on the report.

I don't think we have to give them Assessment coordinator role permission, which will give access to everything in AM. Any help will be much appreciated.
