OSX Sierra - macOS Server Profile Manager [Timeout]

Hi,

 

Have a brand new out of the box server, which the operating system was upgraded to Sierra, then server app was installed without any problems but now when I try to enroll a macbook it times out, any ideas why this is?

 

Trust Profile is installed.

 

Profile Manager is perfectly set up.
