CodeTwo ExchangeSync Equivalent in Office 365

We have been using CodeTwo ExchangeSync for a good few years and it does exactly what we want, that is ->

 

Merges two calendars from a one mailbox called Calendars into every users default Outlook calendar.

The users do not need to do anything and if they accidently delete an event CodeTwo ExchangeSync replaces it.

 

Now we are thinks about moving to Office 365 and I would like to know if there is anything within it that comes close

to replicating the above facilities.
