One of our new clients this year is a small but growing IT support company operating in the lewisham/bexley areas of south london and they need their 4th member of staff to support a growing primary school client base, really nice guys and doing good work in a competitive market. We like them a lot, if you have had @ 1 years experience supporting IT networks and have good customer facing and troubelshooting skills this could be a nice company to help grow and develop

 

Salary £17,500 - £20,000 P.A

Minimum of a year experience of IT Support

 

We are a company providing IT support service to local primary schools. With deep functional and industry expertise, we are passionate about taking on immense technical challenges that matter to our schools and are able to address problems swiftly with efficient solutions.

 

There is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and vibrant technical support team. A successful applicant will be expected to support a number of primary schools’ network system via onsite, remote and telephone support. Main duties include:

 

• To maintain and support schools networks

• To resolve all logged IT issues by clients

• To meet clients’ customised IT requirements

• To act as a focal point for assigned schools

• Covering for other members of the IT team when necessary

• Required to travel between sites, applicant will need to use their own vehicle if available (mileage paid).

 

Technical Skill requirements:

 

• Microsoft Active Directory

• Windows server 2008 and 2012

• Windows 7/8/10

• Apple iOS

• Mac OS

• Apple Open Directory

 

Personal Skill Requirements

 

• Punctual

• Willingness to learn new skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours when required

• Good team player and also be able to use own initiative to work independently

• Able to maintain good relationship with clients.
