A very mixed deal with these ... some good pricing, but overly agressive at times ... installation of projectors does not even worth mentioning, but eventually having to have it overseen by the MD of the company due the number of faults does give you an idea.

 

Also some of their quotes are for what they think you should have rather than what you have asked for.

 

I no longer use them as Toshiba, HP/Compaq or Acer suppliers.

We use these, for big orders and have had no problems. Additional orders (such as insurance claims, etc), they claim not to be able to match original bulk-prices.

 

Engineer-wise, a bit iffy, we had them in to install a few servers over the summer, there's a few bits and pieces they've omitted.

 

Like Tony says, they do tend to quote you for what they think you should have.. but if you stand firm, you get what you want.

 

Their 'competitive pricing' hasn't been so recently for us, but as a new customer they might treat you a little better...
