Anyone got the new SharePoint Team Sites yet?

Just been speaking to a SharePoint partner this morning regarding the next-gen features Microsoft announced recently, particularly Team Sites being more user-friendly and mobile-friendly.

 

Been reading https://blogs.office.com/2016/08/31/new-capabilities-in-sharepoint-online-team-sites-including-integration-with-office-365-groups/ which suggests we should see it on our First Release tenancy but no sign of anything new on there.

Has anyone got these features showing in their environment or are MS behind schedule rolling it out?

You can now turn this on for your organisation in the 365 Admin Centre -> Settings -> Services & Add ins -> Microsoft Teams

 

Not played with it but looks interesting

 

edit: in retrospect I am not sure that this is the same thing!?
