Windows 10 start button and search not responding

I have a Windows 10 64 Network with roaming profiles with classic start.

 

The Windows menu button and search keep not responding and the only way I can fix this is to logout and back in.

 

Has anyone else got this problem or know of a fix.

I had read the Edugeek post and a solution was not found. So really posting to see if any progress has happened with this.
