SIMS and Google Docs

SIMS uses Microsoft Office formats a lot eg. Word for AM Individual Reports, Excel for exported files.

 

This means all users need Office licences.

 

I know one solution is to install the free viewers - but our school uses Google Drive and so Google Docs extensiveley.

 

Is it possible to open, for example, an AM Individual Report using Google Docs directly from within SIMS?
