techy32 Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 We are having issues importing year 7 into Eclipse MLS software. Support seem to be not good at all. We have lost admin password and librarian has saved her password in IE and doesn't seem to know it. Eclipse support asked us to upgrade the software on the server but we don't have passwords. Any one knows how to retrieve passwords or alternative way of importing year. Thanks
dloudon96 Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 If the password is saved in internet explorer you can go into your user account and find the manage your credentials tab, I'm sure it should be saved in there..

techy32 Posted September 29, 2016 Author Posted September 29, 2016 I tried in IE but could find the tab manage your password. I will try SQL password reset ....
dloudon96 Posted September 29, 2016 Posted September 29, 2016 You need to go into control panel on the actual machine rather than internet explorer options..
techy32 Posted September 30, 2016 Author Posted September 30, 2016 All resolved today. Thank you for your help
NetworkNinja Posted October 19, 2016 Posted October 19, 2016 Did you ever get this sorted? We use Eclipse.net for our library software and its so much easier having it in the cloud. Support has always been good to us but they can sometimes be very slow in responding to request.
techy32 Posted October 20, 2016 Author Posted October 20, 2016 Yes, it was sorted by running the job again in xporter on SIMS server. We did try the same process earlier but it didn't work.
