AUP for youtube use (Staff)

Hi guys,

 

SLT had decided to allow staff to access full youtube access. We normally have it set to restrictive, but with the number of genuine videos we end up whitelisting i'm happy for the change as it has some awesome teaching resources.

 

I have raised concerns over some of the content that is available on youtube, as well as the impact it could have if abused. (Streaming HD music vids all day!).

 

I wanted to draft an AUP which lists that staff have to screen vids before playing to the younger audience, and that they will abide to fair use policies. I'm sure their was a thread on here that listed a youtube AUP but i can't find it to safe my life! Does anybody still have this, or have once i could have a look as for pointers please?

 

It's normally our Director of ICT that does these.... but we don't have one of those anymore!

Doesn't the usual AUP cover these points anyway as they are not really Yotube specific?
