alfatec Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 We currently have approx 80 Macs running 10.10.4. They are all integrated into Active Directory and are managed by 10.10.4 Yosemite Profile Manager. We have a set dock and the user's home drive and student shared drives are set on the desktop. The issue we are having is that on random workstations when students are logging in it is not applying the profile from profile manager for all users and therefore students do not see their home drive or the managed dock. It only happens on 2 or 3 workstations out of a room of 30 and we either have to refresh the policy from Profile Manager or in some events delete the Library folder from the students home area. Any help or information on this would be greatly appreciated as it is a daily issue.
crof Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 take a look at this from Apple Support; https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201063 I also use the Push Diagnostic app for testing the APNs availability through our network. Push Diagnostics - Test Apple Push Notification Service APNs Regards, Crawford
