FMS slow in Purchase Orders since Summer upgrade

Hi,

 

Has anyone else had any issues with FMS running slow, specifically since the Summer upgrade? Namely it's slower in Purchase Order Processing, other aspects of FMS seem to be running ok. I've logged a call with support but they keep telling me to run the reindex patch for Sims as this also reindexes FMS but this isn't correct is it?

They are separate databases on my setup
