Key To Success CTF Import Failing - CTF Version 14

Has anyone else tried importing a KS2 results CTF from www.keytosuccess.education.gov.uk this year yet?

 

SIMS gives an error of:

 

The file you are trying to import is version 14.0 which is older than the expected version 15.0 or 16.0

 

The lady I spoke to at support said I should get in touch with the DFE to get them to upgrade their system, but I've no idea where to even start that process and I don't imagine it would be a quick one!

If you open the CTF in a notepad, the fifth line or so will look like this:

 

14.0

 

Better than even odds that if you change that to 15.0 it'll go in.
