Surface Pro 3 - broken screen - repair nr Chesterfield?

Hi

 

One of our staff has handed back a Surface Pro 3 with a broken screen.

 

Has anyone had any experience in getting these repaired (we don't have the MS Complete service warranty)? Anywhere we should try sending/taking it that doesn't charge an arm-and-a-leg?
