Remote Apps- Changed the default port now need a cert to connect

I have recently set up remote apps and changed the default port on the server. The Rdweb webpage is accessible but when you go to click a link to a remote app it refuses to let you sign in as the certificate is not trusted.

I have installed the cert on the local machine in the trusted root authority store but still no joy.

 

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
