PDF order form request

Good Afternoon all,

 

First time poster and i'm not too sure if I've got the correct sub so apologies in advance;

 

I have been asked if it is possible to hyperlink "part numbers" within a PDF that when clicked will export to an "order form" whilst maintaining it's formatting. I believe the idea is that a memory stick will be given to a customer who can browse the PDF catalogue, choose their parts and export to an order form. I understand there is better ways of doing this but apparently it's PDF or nothing!

 

I have explained that it isn't as simple as a standard hyperlink within the PDF but that didn't suffice.
