Morning folks,

We're having a pretty annoying issue with Outlook 2013 on Exchange 2016. Basically, and randomly (there's nothing obvious I can see that triggers it), when users open Outlook they get a message along the lines of "The administrator has made a change, you must restart Outlook". Outlook then restarts only to prompt the message that "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed".

A profile reset for the user fixes it, initially, but then randomly it can happen again - even during the same session if they close Outlook and re-open it.

Everything I can find online seems to be related to Public Folders, or RPC and mailbox moves under a CAS - none of which are relevant to us.

Any info or help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers.
