Clevertouch monitor not showing some pointpoint images

Hello

 

We have been having some problems with clevertouch monitors. Some powerpoint images are showing and some aren't, within the same presentation. The presentations are all working on a PC, and, on the Clevertouch monitor we are running the presentation from the internal drive and not a USB stick.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions.
