Very basic solus3 question - Sims/fms full or database only when deploying update?

Just had Solus3 installed and in my list of updates to be deployed I have Sims and FMS listed twice, one says full and one says database only for each. I am 99% sure I should only deploy the Sims/FMS full but as this is the first time for me using Solus3 should I also deploy the Sims/FMS database only. I assume doing the full does the database also but wanted to check first.

Do the full - this will upgrade everything.

The Full Update will have a dependancy on the Database update. So when you run the Full update it will check for dependancies and deploy them if required, it keeps it's self right most of the time. I always just run the Full update.
