How to redirect sendmail queue message to another address?

How do I email that sendmail queue file to a different email address on linux? I just want to send it somewhere.

I'm only familiar with postfix, but the process for that is to cat the contents of the message to a file and replace the To: address to whatever you want and pipe it back into the sendmail command iirc
