Program Computer to Sleep at Particular Time

I find pages that help to "Shut Down" a computer at a special time using Task Sheduler, but difficult to find a routine that makes it "Sleep"

We have this setup in a few of our PCs but I did not set it up. It is a pc in the school that is only connected to remotely.
