So I have just purchased the annual subscription for the photography creative cloud package - photoshop and lightroom.

I was a bit surprised that they only need the card number and expiry date for purchasing, no 3 digit code.

 

Is this a lack of Adobe Security?

I would say its surprising these days given online payment systems and their supposed robustness and security these days and that would make me a little weary of using them in that state.
