REMOTE DESKTOP CONNECTION: Windows Firewall

I am hoping there is a simple soultion to this that I am just somehow missing.

 

In upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 Ultimate I no longer see how to configure the computer that is attached to the modem/router (which shares the internet connection with the rest of the network, etc.) so that a remote desktop connection is pointed past that computer to another desktop/a specific IP address within the network.

In Windows XP there is a handy dialogue box that allows me to easily do this (see image below).

 

In Windows 7 and beyond I cannot find where to input the IP address I want to connect to.

When I log in remotely I can only log in to the desktop that acts as our file server, i.e. the one connected to the modem/router.

In the advanced settings inbound/outbound rules there are more things I can tweak, but I still don't see where to input: Name or IP address of computer hosting this service on your network.
