Allowing Non-Administrators to Install Fonts in Windows 10

Yes,

 

In one department we would like to have users (students) install fonts when working in Adobe InDesign as they find them. Too everything I have seen, none of the guides for Windows 7 pan out to help me allow them to drag / drop the fonts in the C:\Windows\Fonts folder. Yes, I have run the commands that are listed on bohack.com site that allowed this in Windows 7. Any ideas?

I'd be wary, a lot of fonts are still copyrighted...
