Outlook Contact Photos

Hi,

I have user photos added to AD for use in Outlook. In outlook 2010 the full image shows portrait.

However, in Outlook 2013 it appears the image box is now square, causing top and bottom of the photos to be cropped.

 

What is the solution for this, so that the entire image can be seen in Outlook 2013. As it is mixed versions in use, I do not intend on re-cropping all photos square!

 

Please could anyone advise if this can be changed.
