tj2419 Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 We run an RM CC4 network but when users use Google chrome it is getting really slow. They click a link and it takes an age to load the website. It does it for staff and students. Internet speed is fine, internet explorer for the same user is fine. Anyone had any experience of this? Or know how to troubleshoot it? Cheers
6Foot2 Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 We are not on Connect [Vanilla] but we haven't seen any particular slowness on Chrome today. Chrome update? My station was updated just today: Version 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit)
gshaw Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 I've always turned off the policy "Predict network actions to improve page load performance" as it used to cause those exact issues, may be worth trying 1
Carrot63 Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Hi We see this issue also. Where is the option to turn this off in the GPO I am struggling to find it at the moment. Thanks
Arthur Posted October 27, 2016 Posted October 27, 2016 Where is the option to turn this off in the GPO I am struggling to find it at the moment. It's under User Configuration » Administrative Templates » Google » Google Chrome » Enable Network Prediction. 1
