Route Traffic Between Network Cards

We have a public IP on a router, and the server has a 192.168 address on it, connected to the router. The server also has an 10.10.6 range on a 2nd network card on our domain.

 

I know I can route traffic between the 2 by using the ROUTE ADD command but can I do it for a specific port?
