Fujitsu E400 Dual Screen Issue

We have a few Fujitsu E400 and when we plug them in via VGA and DVI, the DVI does not work.

 

We cannot clone or extend the desktop to the second monitor.

 

It works up until Windows loads. The Intel graphics detect the second monitor as Intel Widi.

 

Anyone come across this?

Yes. None of our Fujitsu E400's can cope with dual screen. We've either fitted graphics cards to them or used external VGA splitter.

I've just updated the BIOS and that seems to be working, but not sure for how long.

 

I'm on BIOS 1.10 on the Ax motherbaord model

Oooh thanks! That's good to know, I might give it a try here if I get the chance during the summer. I must admit that I didn't spend any time looking at why it didn't work, they were here when I started in March and they already had graphics cards & VGA splitters attached.
