Support technician - £25,000-£30,000 – Essex

 

 

2nd line helpdesk support technician required for market leading school admin software provider based in Essex/North East London, key responsibilities – provide technical support to schools, remote installation, configuration, remote training services, support admin. Must have technical knowledge desktop and server computer, database technologies, cloud based application, internet securities.

We are ideally looking for somebody who has come from a technical position within an educational establishment, but wants to progress there career with a technology business still supporting the education space. Fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, great package on offer up to £30k dependent on experience.
