Windows 10 free upgrade still works

Just ran setup.exe on a laptop I found that hadn't been upgraded, worked exactly the same as last week.

Yes, seems like they've just discontinued offering it to people, not activating. Makes sense considering the "still free if you use accessibility" features. My guess is MS wants it to be a free upgrade forever, but the OEMs would really like people to buy new computers.

To upgrade for free, all you have to do is click the Upgrade Now button. By doing so you are confirming that you use assistive technologies, but Microsoft isn’t asking for proof.

Indeed, looks like it's exactly the same files, can continue using the old files you already have
