sparkeh Posted July 22, 2016 Posted July 22, 2016 Meraki has worked perfectly for us for ages but now we have a problem with 3 new iPads. I did the usual: waited for them to appear in the DEP node, assigned the enrollment settings and gave them the tag to assign the right profile. However when I booted the iPads, it tried to apply the profile but told me that the profile was invalid. If I retried it did appear to install a profile but the console reported that it had applied a temporary, "quick Apple push cert" but I needed to install our proper cert. I also noticed that under the profile section it said "no profiles available for this device". It seems that is installs...something...but not our profile. I tried to regenerate the cert but that didn't help. I have checked the profile and it lists the affected devices that it should apply to. Not sure what else to try - any ideas gratefully received.
sparkeh Posted July 22, 2016 Author Posted July 22, 2016 Turned out to a firewall issue. I guess I originally used the Apple IPs that were in use at the time but ended up unblocking the whole Apple range as per: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT203609 But rubbish but it works now.
