Indrepbasetemplate.dot has gone missing!

When I open an individual report Word template in assessment manager all I get is a word document, there is no way to insert results. I have looked in Word options (the school is using Word 2007 which I know is no longer supported by Capita) but there is no choice other than a normal word template to use under Add Ins and manage. Can anyone help before? I appreciate its the end of term though!
