Redirect AppData and downloads not working.

I'm having some problems redirecting the AppData and downloads folders.

 

In windows 7 our policy was to direct appdata and downloads to U:\windows7\appdata and U:\windows7\downloads respectively. U: being the users network home drive. It worked perfectly.

I am now trying to do the same for windows 10, simply changing 7 to 10 in the path but it doesn't create the folder. Have things changed with this in Windows 10?

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Not to worry I have it working. I was having a thick moment and needed to use the UNC paths.
