Struggling to find what I want in O365.

1. I want to create a user i.e. [email protected] which then forward to [email protected] I know I need to create a contact but how so I go about it? Do I need them to be licensed users or do forwards work without? I want to give 25 members professional forward facing email addresses but it just forwards to their home address.

2. For those who have accounts I want to create a signature using I presume a transport rule that fills in their details and creates on can this be done?

3. If I create a group distribution list and only allow their home email addresses to send between all members i.e. [email protected] so messages can be sent between all can it be done?

Cheers

1) Just create the user and then create a transport rule to forward the message.

Doesn't need to be licensed unless you want them to login to Office 365 - if no license must be a shared mailbox.

2) You can't do signatures but can do Disclaimers. The only difference is the disclaimer is always at the bottom of an email string.

Third party products can do signatures or users do it manually

3) Yes can be done
