I bought a projector on ebay because I absolutely couldn't resist the price ($57.14 after buying a new bulb for it) and of course when it arrived it projected a pretty good image with a red blob in the upper right. Being a DIYer, I figured I should at least try to remove the blob and went in to clean the red panel myself (in case it matters: I did clean all three while I was inside just to be on the safe side). Now, the entire image has a blue tiny to it. Most results from Google say it's the cable or the prism, but I didn't mess with the prism during the repair, and I tried another cable and made sure the first one was working well as best as I could (plus it worked the first time I used the projector and saw the dreaded blob.) Does anyone have any idea how I could fix this at all? Any input is greatly appreciated!
