Office 365 - Sharepoint default timezone change?

hi,

 

does anyone know if there is a way to change the default timezone in office365\sharepoint for new sites?

 

when created currently they are all Pacific time with the american date format..

 

you can change them manually to GMT after creating them, but it would be handy to not have to remember to do this every time!

 

have i missed a setting somewhere? my google-fu is usually pretty good but im struggling with this one!
