[ms office - 2013] I cannot add New Comment to a Text Box

Hi All,

 

I have come to discover today that In Word 2013 you cannot add New Comment in a Text Box. I have read up on that you could convert the text box into a frame but that changes the settings. Is there any other way to overcome this problem??
