Once you get logged into http://developer.apple.com/download you can download your preferred OS.

 

The macOS 10.12 Developer Preview supports the following Macs:

• MacBook, iMac: Late 2009 or newer

• MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac mini, Mac Pro: 2010 or newer

So far I've completed an iOS update to iOS 10 on my iPhone 6. I went with the Certificate Profile to do the update OTA & worked fine. With iOS 10 you can downgrade to iOS 9 if you need to.

 

I should have macOS Preview fully downloaded shortly and I'll soon install.

I am tempted to put it on my iPhone but I usually wait until the beta 3 stage before trying it.

The iOS10 and WatchOS 3 betas are not as slick as those used in the Keynote - but promising. The fact that you can remove the default apps is great (that really used to annoy me).

Currently investigating iOS 10 beta on my iPad - the widgets are nice and the Swift Playground is promising if a little slow on an iPad Air 2.

If I get time I'll install the MacOS beta into a VM later today.
