Grade 14 - £15,941- £17,372 per annum

 

8.00am-4.10pm Monday-Thursday

8.00am-3.40pm Friday

 

40 mins unpaid lunch break.

(37 hours per week)

 

All year round position

 

We want to hear from you if you are a committed, highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician.

You will join and be supported by our staff within the IT department at College. The role includes providing IT support for staff and students at Frome Community College, ensuring that services are maintained, user problems are solved and general IT support is provided throughout the College, which will involve some working out of hours including parents evening and other school events. You will also be required to provide IT support to Primary schools on a weekly basis which will involve travelling to individual schools in the local area.

 

To be considered for the role you will be able to demonstrate that you are / have;

 an outstanding IT Technician

 have excellent IT knowledge and the ability to keep up to date with current systems

 flexible with the ability to support out of hours events and to travel to local schools

 excellent customer service and problem solving skills

 good organisational and communication skills
